Enoc Perez is best known for his paintings of modernist buildings that nostalgically capture the utopian ambitions and optimism that inspired their construction. Constantly expanding his repertoire, the artist paints sensuous nudes, still lifes, tropical resorts, and modern architectural icons – all in a sleek aesthetic with dazzling, vibrant colors.
This summer, Prospect NY introduces "Paradiso" – a limited edition collection by the artist that will transform any space into a tropical paradise with serving trays, coasters, pool/beach towels and a curated selection of swizzle sticks from the artist's vast collection.
Enoc’s work can be found in some of the world’s most prominent museum collections including, but not limited to: The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York; Whitney Museum of American Art, New York; British Museum, London; and Museum of Contemporary Art, North Miami, Florida; see link for full bio.
Enoc was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico (b.1967). He currently lives and works in New York City with his wife and two sons.
